The hippest hotel in the 3rd Arrondissement. The room included a lovely balcony, sensual shower, spacious accommodations and fine art work. This enchanting hotel is a must stay if you’re looking for a sexy chic hotel in Paris. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. Five stars!

It was our first time to Paris, and this boutique hotel has given us a very good impression of this city. The staff at front desk were very helpful and polite. The interior design and scents are all very sophisticated. Room was nice and clean, larger than we expected. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location, walking distance to many tourist spots. The only thing is the general lighting in the hotel is a bit too dim. But overall I'd recommend this hotel.

This was our first time in Paris and after knowing the area we wanted to stay and after exhaustive research on the web, we decided to stay at Les Bains. What a wonderfully awesome place. From the time you walk into the front door, the place drips of understated cool. It smelled amazing due to its own like of fragrances. The staff were attentive and very helpful- most speak English. We got an amazing recommendation the night we arrived at a fantastic restaurant called Diarraire. The rooms were large- not US large, but bigger than most we researched. The whole place is super chic. From the romantic dimly lit corridors to the room decor- this place was wonderful. The spacious bathroom / especially the luxuriously large shower had heated floors and a separate toilet for privacy. The bed was comfortable. The room had a super cool Marshall bluetooth speaker that we listened to French inspired music on every morning. The proximity of the hotel was perfect for us as we are big walkers. 20 minutes to the Hotel deVille, 25 to Notre Dame and the Louvre and a pleasant and safe hour and ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or Arch de Triumphe. Tons of wonderful restaurants in the nearby Marais as well as world class shopping. We just do not have enough good things to say about Les Bains. I think anyone booking a stay in Paris would have a difficult time finding a better property.

Welcoming staff but some amenities not working

I stayed at Les Bains with my husband for 9 days for an early celebration for our anniversary. We reserved the Junior Suite. I booked the hotel because of the reviews for customer service as well as the pool access and steam room in the suite The amenities were important for the long stay since we have these same conveniences at home. When we arrived there wasn't anyone there to help with our bags as we did let them know we would be arriving in the evening. It was odd since they claim to be a 5 star botique hotel. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived which was a nice touch. The property is very sexy/chic but a bit dark. The disappointing thing is that the steam shower did not work. My husband went to use the pool which should have strong enoughjet currents to swim against, but many of the jets were not even working. I was was quite annoyed since I went over the details of the hotel and even inquired by email regarding the pool. Also since we just arrived were both tired from traveling. Fortunately we were upgraded to the Les Baines suite which was quite nice and made up for the inconvenience. The steam room worked great and was perfect after walking all day. The grout in the lower part of the shower was darker than the higher part....someone does not know what they are doing. I don't think they ever got the swim jet/currents to work while we were there....they really need to fix this or don't advertise on their site. I had a massage with Emmanuel which I loved !!! He did a deep tissues mixed in with Thai massage. The daily breakfast was great which was sent to our room and was always prompt. The room was also cleaned well. The front desk staff was always quite friendly especially the manager. The location was close was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to restaurants, metro and a diverse neighborhood with locals shops.
